My name is Tatiana. I am a Bay Area wellness professional with over 15 years of combined experience in the Yoga, Personal Training, Weight Loss, Meditation and Nutrition fields. I am a certified Personal Trainer and a certified Yoga Instructor and hold a Nutrition Specialization and have studied and practiced Meditation for over 10 years. I have had a lifelong passion for healthy living, nutrition, sports and overall well-being.
I am here to help you achieve your fitness, health and overall well-being goals. I am known for my high professional ethics, the varied nature of the workout sessions that I create, and for making the person I am working with feel at ease.
Yoga: My yoga sessions are creative, fun and targeted to your needs. I end all yoga sessions with an extended relaxation, called savasana, where I walk you through a very deep head-to-toe relaxation process. I look forward to seeing you on the mat!
Personal Training: Specialties include weight loss, muscle tone, core conditioning, strength training, lower back care, and aerobic conditioning. I also have expertise in physical Prehab and Rehab, and have specializations in Women's Fitness Health, Youth Exercise, Weight Loss and Nutrition. Plus, I have a certification in Senior Fitness. Weight Loss: Waistlines around the globe are increasing and there is no foreseeable slowing down. It could be that your doctor told you in your last annual checkup that you need to lose weight, or you are pre-diabetic, or you just want to lose weight to look better. It does not matter the reason, what matters is that you want to do something about it. I am here to help you and guide you through the entire process. Let's start the dialogue! Meditation: This ancient practice dates back to 5,000 to 3,500 BCE, depending on the source. Time has witnessed the great benefits that are perceived when a person meditates. Nutrition: I offer dietary guidance as part of my personal training and yoga sessions to help you attain your health goals. I also offer more comprehensive nutritional consultations via different packages.
