Service Description

This session is a time to either practice different meditation techniques or to have an interactive time with Tatiana to talk about anything related to meditation. Tatiana has practiced meditation for over 10 years and the main shift she has noticed is the capability to deal with stress that meditation has provided. There is space that is created over time when one meditates that allows for reflexion, relaxation and possibility. One more huge benefit is an increased immune system and a positive attitude. All these are gifts mediation brings to one's life. Are you ready to start showering yourself with the blessings of meditation? Tatiana is ready to share with you... We can meet at a park or at the beach. When needed, we can do the sessions via Zoom as well. Please contact me if you are interested!
